Check-in and check-out times
Check-in and maximum room handover time is 3:00 p.m., and check-out is 11:00 a.m. Late check-outs are subject to availability and at the discretion of the hotel’s General Management.
Departures after 12:00 noon will incur the following charges, which will be applied automatically to the guest’s account:
- 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. $65.00
- 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. $100.00
- After 2:00 p.m. A full night’s stay
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Transportation service
The transportation service provided by Mayan Princess Beach & Dive Resort is complimentary and subject to established schedules.
To guarantee arrival transfer from the airport or ferry to the hotel, you must send us your arrival information — time, airline, and/or ferry — at least 72 hours in advance. If the itinerary changes for any reason, Mayan Princess Beach & Dive Resort is not responsible for additional transportation charges.
The Reservations Department coordinates arrival transfers only. To arrange a departure transfer, guests must contact the Front Desk at least 24 hours before departure.
Complimentary departure transfers are offered only at the following times:
6:00 a.m.
To the airport or ferry.
8:15 a.m.
To the airport.
10:00 a.m.
To the airport.
12:15 p.m.
To the airport or ferry.
2:15 p.m.
To the airport.
Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations must be made at least eight days before the arrival date. Changes or cancellations made within the seven days prior to arrival will incur a penalty equal to the first night of lodging.
No cash refunds will be issued. Where applicable, the amount paid will remain as a credit in the guest’s favor to be used for future reservations at the hotel, valid for six months from the cancellation date.
Payment and reservation guarantee
Every reservation must be guaranteed by payment of 100% of the value of the selected package. The reservation will be considered confirmed only once full payment has been received and approved.
No-show
No-show reservations will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total reservation value.
By making payment, the guest is deemed to accept these Reservation Terms and Conditions.
